Experienced professionals dedicated to your success
Michael Brown leads Children's Lighthouse as President, continuing the family legacy established by his parents, Mike and Pat Brown. Under his leadership, the company has expanded to over 69 locations while maintaining its commitment to values-based education. Michael brings a unique perspective, having grown up in the business and understanding the franchise model from both the corporate and franchisee viewpoint.
Matt Kelton oversees franchise development and expansion at Children's Lighthouse. With extensive experience in franchise sales and development, Matt leads the team responsible for identifying and supporting new franchisees. He is passionate about helping entrepreneurs achieve their dreams of business ownership while making a positive impact on children and families.
Our operations team ensures every Children's Lighthouse center maintains the highest standards of educational excellence and operational efficiency. They work closely with franchisees to implement best practices, troubleshoot challenges, and drive continuous improvement across the network.
Led by experienced early childhood educators, our curriculum team develops and maintains the Lighthouse Pathways® curriculum, CARES® character program, and BRIGHT® brain development initiatives. They provide ongoing training and support to ensure consistent educational excellence across all centers.
